How do I book for Anchored

Cruise 2019?

Simply head to the bookings page where you can book instantly and start your countdown! Alternatively, if you prefer to call and speak to someone direct please call the number listed on the contact page.

When I how will receive Anchored tickets?

 

You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to complete your online check-in 15-30 days before departure. Each guest in your cabin is required to check-in online at least one week prior to sailing.

What is the last day to book Anchored?

 

 

Cabins for Anchored are on a first come first serve basis but check in must be completed 3 days before departure.

Where does the cruise go from and how do I get there?

 

The cruise port of Barcelona is only a short journey from the city centre and can be easily accessed by our transportation, a local taxi or bus. The nearest airport is Barcelona BCN.

What is the minimum age requirement for Anchored?

 

You must be 18 years old at the time of boarding the ship.

How do I pay for onboard extras?

 

On board all charges are made to your cruise card. You can manage this by either linking a debit or credit card to the cruise card which you pay at the end of the trip, or by topping up your cruise pass with cash.

Do you have any drinks package available?

 

We don't yet have a package of drinks available, but as the date approaches we will release it and it will be possible to purchase it through our BOOK NOW page.

Do you do instalment payments?

 

 Anchored doesn't have instalments this year. Prices are paid in full. You can book your cabin on our BOOK NOW area.

What will be the time of embarkation and disembarkation?

 

Passengers will be able to start boarding from 12 am with a time margin until 3pm as the boat will depart Barcelona at approximately 4pm.  On the last day, the disembarkation will be at 8 am in the port of Barcelona again.

What do I need to bring with me?

 

 

Other than your smile, some SPF and and all of your mates, European converter plugs are a good idea – as is an extension lead, as there tend to be limited plugs in each cabin. Once you check in online much nearer the time, you’ll be given a boarding pass to print and bring to the port with you along with your passport and then, once you’re all checked in, you’ll be handed a ‘cruise’ card which acts as your identification, payment card and room card all in one. That’s all you need!

Should I purchase travel insurance?

 

Yes, we recommend that you purchase a travel insurance to protect you from any unexpected circumstances that might occur such as an airline losing your luggage. 

I have special meal requirements. Will you be able to accommodate them?

 

The ship can accommodate the following special diets onboard: vegetarian, diabetic, low-fat, low-sodium, low-cholesterol diets. Other special diets such as kosher meals, gluten-free and lactose-free may be available upon request.

Are Medical services on board?

 

Yes. the ship has a well-equipped Medical Centre, supervised by a doctor and medical personnel. Please note, however, that they are equipped to provide only basic medical care, and may not offer care for conditions requiring specialized expertise or equipment. Passengers with such conditions, or in the event of an emergency, may be evacuated at their own expense. Usage of the Medical Centre is chargeable.

What shouldn’t I pack?

 

You are NOT allowed to bring onboard the vessel any intoxicating liquors/beverages, firearms, weapons of any kind, ammunition, explosive substances or any goods of a dangerous nature, nor animals of any kind. All Italian and international laws pertaining to drug use should be respected and will be strictly enforced.

Are there transfers to the port and airport?

 

We do offer Airport Transfers please see our pricing page to book. Transfers are charged at £30 return per person. Outbound Transfers: Your flight must arrive into BCN Airport between

*subject to change* to make our Transfers. Inbound Transfers: Transfers will leave for the Airport between *subject to change*

Transfers must be booked in advance.

What is not included in the price I pay?

 

Additional charges include Alcohol, speciality dining, Wi-Fi and any other chargeable facilities/activities you choose to partake in.

I want my cabin next to my friends. How do I request that?

 

Once you and the rest of your group have paid for Anchored in full, please get in touch to let us know of any room shares or cabins you need close together. We will do everything we can to get you as close to your friends as possible, however the earlier you book, the easier it is to accommodate these requests. Special requests are not guaranteed.

What other activities will be onboard the ship?

You’ll be staying onboard a 5* ship with an endless list of activities at your disposal:
- Sunset Yoga*
- Wellness centre including a 24hour gym, fitness classes and a running track

*Please note these activities are not included in your all-inclusive package and will incur additional fees.

Can I cancel my booking?

 

 

If you, or any member of your party wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us by email from lead passengers name on the booking within 28 days of booking. After this cooling period has passed, you are not able to cancel your booking. Please view our full cancellation policy here.

What documents should I bring?

 

 

You’ll need to bring with you; 1. Your boarding pass 2. Your passport

Are there cash machines

on board?

 

Yes, however payments are made via cruise cards that can be topped up via debit/credit card or cash.

Are laundry services available?

 

 

Yes, the ship does offer full laundry and dry cleaning services (charges apply).

Is there WIFI & Internet?

 

High speed Wifi can be purchased on board, or you can choose to add our Gold Status package to your booking which includes Wifi along with a variety of additional extras. See the PRICING page for more information.
